ITIL® 4 CDS is highly related to the practical world

Practice-oriented training makes it easier to transfer learning to the workplace later on. This is taken into account in the ITIL® 4 CDS course. At the IBAW you will learn the concept of ITIL® 4 CDS in a very practical way. The course is designed to always convey the theoretical content to the participants with reference to the corporate world. Many case studies support this endeavour. In addition, the course offers you specific preparation for the ITIL® CDS certificate. There is no additional fee for the final examination, this is included in the course fees.

Prerequisites
You must have successfully completed the ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate. A copy of the certificate must be presented at registration in order to participate in the course.
