Assuming the role of Scrum Product Owner
With the Scrum Product Owner qualification, you are fully prepared for its specific tasks within your company. You are familiar with the concepts, benefits and challenges of the Scrum methodology and have the necessary knowledge to work as a Scrum Product Owner or agile business analyst in organisations. Scrum Product Owners help their employer introduce the Scrum method and understand the different Scrum roles and the tasks assigned to each role. Should problems with Scrum ever arise, you know how to address and solve them. You also have the skills to deal with all project stakeholders and care about business value.
